We are currently in the works in what will be our next industrial park, to be named Monterrey Technology Park II.  This new 100 hectare development will be located in the north outskirts of Apocada, a mere 10 kilometers north of the Monterrey Airport junction, in the Pesqueria Municipality.  We look forward to being the first industrial developers in this new region, hoping to expand and detonate new development projects such as housing and infrastructure in the years to come.  We plan to offer more competitive land pricing without sacrificing the same quality “look-and-feel” of the first MTP park development.  We plan to attract new manufacturing facilities, as well as distribution centers.
