Monterrey Technology Park is located north of Monterrey in the sub-urban municipality of Cienega de Flores, Nuevo Leon. The largest metropolitan municipality closest to the park is Escobedo, which supplies a significant amount of the labor force employed by MTP resident companies. The park is basically located right off the Monterrey - Nuevo Laredo toll road that goes north.

There are quick access roads to the main loops as well as to the two local airports also located in the outskirts of Monterrey.
